- Make payments according to agreed terms
Skycom Media is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client.
4. Payments & Invoicing
- A deposit or full payment may be required before the start of work.
- Invoices must be paid by the due date specified.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or project cancellation.
- All prices and fees are in USD or MAD, unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the completed website design and assets.
- Skycom Media retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

We offer a specified number of revisions based on the chosen service package. Requests outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time in writing. If terminated by the client after work has begun, partial refunds (if any) are at our discretion based on project completion level.
8. Limitation of Liability
Skycom Media is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Issues arising from third-party services or hosting providers
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
